Summary

In this document, we explained the steps required to install Heat on CentOS as well as Ubuntu Linux. Although the syntax is slightly different for each distribution, the overall process is similar. We created sample stacks using different scenarios.

In the next chapter, we will use more features of the orchestration service. We will also use the basic commands provided by Heat CLI. The scaling features of Heat, its roadmap, and architecture will be further discussed in the following chapters.
